I am always interested in experimenting with new flavors, so don't hesitate to ask if you don't see something you're craving!
Cake Flavors
- Chocolate - Rich, moist dark chocolate cake. The little black dress of cake, it can dress down with vanilla buttercream for a kid's birthday party, or dress up with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache for a dinner party. The possibilities are endless!
- Vanilla - Extra vanilla-y, tender, delicious cake. Vanilla lovers rejoice! This cake is not overly sweet, but definitely packs a vanilla punch.
- Orange, lemon, or lime - Delicate citrus flavor of your choice with a faint vanilla edge to smooth things out. A more sophisticated option. Lovely for a brunch or shower cake!
- Carrot cake - Chock full of yummy, spicy goodness. Can be made with or without nuts. Wonderful with the classic cream cheese frosting.
- Cream Cheese Frosting - The crowd pleaser of my frostings, everyone loves this one. Not overly sweet, but super creamy with a slight tang. Delicious!!
- Chocolate Buttercream - You'll smell this one coming a mile away! I make mine with melted dark chocolate to really ramp up the chocolate flavor.
- Salted Caramel Buttercream - Is there anything better then salty+sweet? My homemade caramel mixes beautifully with a buttercream base, and a pinch of salt keeps the sweetness in check.
- Marshmallow Buttercream - Not as sweet as it sounds, but definitely still a favorite with sweet tooths! Sticky and marshmallowy and very fluffy.
- Chocolate Ganache - Melted chocolate + heavy cream. Rich and dark, this ganache just pours over a cake. Mmmm, chocolate....
- Mix Ins - Don't forget, we can mix almost anything into a frosting to make an extra special filling - think sprinkles, cookies, whole berries.
